How do you supply the adhesive letters?
The adhesive letters are supplied as a sticker. The sticker consists of three layers; the backing paper, the adhesive letters or stencil, and an application tape. For more insight see our adhesion instructions. Go to the menu button Adhesion and click on Adhesion instructions and scroll down.

What is the total height of the typed text?
The system defines the height of 1 line. You can request the precise height of several lines by email, and this is flexible. The letter height is the height of the capital letter H; the line height may increase because there is a g next to the H, for example. The g's little curl increases the line height. The system thus defines the line height of 1 line.
Is it possible to adjust the space between the lines?
Yes, that is possible. Send your text and the font and the letter height by email. And mention which total height you wish to have. The spacing is different per font. We will select the best spacing for your text.
Can the adhesive letters be ordered vertically instead of horizontally?
Yes they can, type your text or letters underneath each other. Use the Enter key to do this.
Do the adhesive letters adhere to roughly plastered wall, etc?
No, the adhesive letters will not stick unless a smoothly painted wall is involved. On a slightly rough wall of Spackle or granol, for example, it is better to work with a Stencil film. You stipple the letters on the wall yourself with paint and you can then apply colour shading.
Do the adhesive letters adhere to textile?
No, the adhesive letters do not adhere to textile. It is, however, possible to stipple onto textile using a stencil film and a special textile paint. Although a little creativity and experience are required, to avoid making a mess.
Do the adhesive letters adhere to canvas, etc?
No, the adhesive letters do not adhere, for these materials contain softeners that may possibly affect the glue layer (in the long term) and hinder a good adhesion. Although there are special films on the market for this.
How is a stencil used, what is a stencil?
For more information click on the menu button, Stencil.
Can a stencil be used several times?
The stencils are made for one use alone. But with a little creativity they can be used several times. Although do take into account the little circle inside the O, for example. You should return this interior circle to the correct place each time and position it yourself. It helps to firmly stick the little circle inside the O to the stencil with a narrow piece of adhesive tape and to make "links" in this way, keeping the circle in its place. After the stencil is removed, you should touch up these "links" (the places where the adhesive tape was) with a little brush.
Where can I find stencil film on the Order page?

According to the adhesion instructions the base should be degreased properly, yet the adhesive letters don't stick?
It is important that the base has no more leftovers from the degreasing substance used. For these leftovers can affect the glue layer. So allow to dry well, and remove any leftover degreasing substance with water. Allow porous bases such as walls, etc. to dry for 24 hours.
Is it also possible to have a sticker made from a logo or photo?
Yes, that is possible, although you should supply your logo or photo in a eps or a vector file. Take note: we cut from vinyl film, so it is not possible to apply colour shading. If your logo consists of two colours, you will get two stickers that you must stick over each other very precisely.
What is the difference between stickers and adhesive letters?
We cut from vinyl film, so it is not possible to apply colour shading. We don't supply any printed stickers; these are stickers that print a photo print on a white vinyl film just like a printer at home, and are later cut out round the outlines.
